Christmas Services and Events

CRAFT & CAROLS

Thursday 7 December, 7.30pm

Five Christmas crafts to make on the night and take home with you. Festive fizz and a selection of delicious canapes will be served throughout the evening (non-alcoholic drinks will also be available) and we'll be singing a collection of classic Christmas carols! Tickets £17 in advance from church office.

 

CAROLS ON THE GREEN

Sunday 10 December, 4pm

Carol singing by the Christmas tree on The Green, followed by mulled wine and mince pies. 

 

BEER & CAROLS (MEN's EVENT)

Thursday 14 December, 7.30pm

Enjoy craft beer tasting and a hog roast, while singing classic Christmas carols. Tickets £17 in advance from church office.

 

CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT

Sunday 17 December, 6.30pm

A candlelit service for the whole family followed by mulled wine and mince pies.

 

Christmas Eve Morning Services

8 a.m. Traditional

A said service of Holy Communion following a traditional liturgical pattern. Book of Common Prayer once a month

9:30 a.m. Lively

An informal service with crèche and children’s activities for ages 0-14. Worship led by the band. Communion once a month. Refreshments served after the service.

11:15 a.m. Reflective

A more classical service with organ-led worship, and more space for quiet and prayer. Communion once a month. Refreshments served before the service.

 

Christingle Services

Christmas Eve, 3pm, 4.15pm & 5.30pm

An atmospheric service for all ages. Children are welcome to come dressed up as a character from the Christmas story - come at whichever time suits you best!

 

Midnight Holy Communion

Christmas Eve, 11.15pm

A wonderful way to celebrate the beginning of Christmas.

 

Christmas Morning

Holy Communion with carols, 9am

A traditional start to Christmas Day.

All Age Service, 10.30am

A celebration for the whole family of the good news of Christmas.
